Merry Christmas and happy new year to our customers! We have appreciated your loyalty this year and we hope your holiday is jolly and bright.

65 SS Update

The 65 is coming along slowly but surely. We put in the deck lid, most of the rear trim, and a couple of the wheels. Instead of switching to the stock rounded handle with the superior Hurst shifter below the floor, I am considering leaving as is - sticking out of the console. What do you think I should do? We changed the black non-original air breather top to chrome, and I like it much better. Next on the to-do list is bending and installing the exhaust system and breaking in the cam. I can't wait to hear the engine roar to life! It has been far too long!

7245 Update
The 7245 came home three weeks ago. It is drive-able! I'm not completely satisfied with the way the Tremec five speed shifts; I am told an out-of-the-box six speed shifts better. But it is still much better than before thanks to Mike and Dan at Above Average Motorsports and Mark at Bowler transmission. For now, we plan on driving and just having fun with it. Will we see any of you on the 2016 Hot Rod Power tour?

The 7245.
It has been a busy month. I met up with one of our customers at SEMA and he let me tour his awesome Nova collection - more on this later. I also saw a really neat 67 Nova at the show; I would love to do a conversion like this.

The Sema crowd was huge! Click here to see more cars.

After SEMA I travelled to the Windy City for the Muscle Car show. It should be on every car lover's bucket list! Click here to see our gallery.

We hope you had a merry Christmas and have a happy New Year.
